Our restoration process begins with professional sandblasting to remove failed finishes, expose healthy wood, and create the ideal surface for long-term protection. From there, we utilize the complete Perma-Chink restoration system, including borate wood preservatives, premium stains, sealants, and chinking products designed specifically for log homes.
The result is a home that's not only beautifully restored but protected against moisture, UV exposure, insects, and the natural wear of the seasons.

I turned this Log home into a Modern Retreat. I customized the interior by making custom Barn doors and fireplace accents. I turned two outdoor levels into gorgeous screened in rooms. I removed 10 structural logs and replaced them with milled hemlock beams to add the screen to and to bring this home from super rustic to very modern. Thank You

Nicholas Joseph Blankenship
I have a different story than most—and an unrelenting drive to be the best in every aspect of life. I served as a civil engineer in the United States Air Force, a role that took me across the globe. I lived in Africa, Germany, Romania, and Turkey, and even took part in an expedition to Antarctica. Each place challenged and shaped me, whether through leading demanding projects or sitting with locals, listening, learning, and experiencing life from their perspective.
Those years forged resilience, adaptability, and a deep respect for culture, hard work, and human connection. After my time in the service, I moved to Tennessee to be closer to family and built a thriving business from nothing—where quality meets precision and every customer is my number one priority. Discipline, vision, and consistency are the foundation of everything I do.
At my core, I’m driven by adventure, love, and exploration—of the world, of purpose, and of what it truly means to live well. Growth doesn’t come from comfort, and I’ve never been afraid to step into the unknown to become more than I was yesterday.
